Solar Atta Chakki
Solar Atta Chakki is a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution for grinding wheat and grains using solar power. It runs on electricity generated directly from solar panels, helping reduce electricity bills and ensuring uninterrupted operation even in rural or power-cut-prone areas.
Solar Atta Chakki is used in villages which lowers down their running cost. Traditionally Atta Chakki is run on diesel which is getting costlier day by day. So if we go for one time investment of Solar Project for the same then we can get benefitted lifetime with same arrangement with minimum maintainance.
Components of a Solar Atta Chakki System:
- 1. Solar Panels Convert sunlight into electrical energy (DC power).
- 2. Solar Charge Controller Regulates voltage and current from the panels to protect the battery (in case of battery backup system).
- 3. Solar Inverter Converts DC power from the panels or battery into AC power used by the atta chakki motor.
- 4. Atta Chakki (Flour Mill) The core grinding unit that operates on AC power to grind grains into flour.
